I had to write a bad review today about an experience a one of the Kaufman stores today. I don't think it is fair to leave a negative review about a company without mentioning the countless positive experiences also. 5 stars, definetly! Almost every employee is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When you walk in the front door the clerk, typically, greets you and everyone at the sales desk are great. If you have to go to the lumber yard the quality of service is consistent throughout your presence there. Overall this store and everyone who works there are top Aces in my opinion. Keep up the good work, everybody!

First off, They are a lot closer than you think. Its a quick trip on new 34 to 175. I called ahead for pricing and to make sure they had what I needed in stock. No getting passed around, just quick information. Recent purchase - treated lumber, every board was perfect, didn't have to get a cart, sort thru lumber (Home Depot) Price was lower than Home D & McCoy's. They loaded it for me, was in and out quick and back to work.

Always been there and been fair...great inventory and great staff. I have bought material from Kaufman for 40+ years and they have always had what I needed. I am a homeowner and not a contractor but I know contractors who share my opinion. I have built a couple of houses over the years with my brothers.

I walked in and must have looked lost. The lady asked me if I needed help, they not only helped me, they gave great advice. Went above and beyond when I was definitely feeling defeated about fixing the giant hole in my kitchen floor alone. Highly recommend!

Not many actual lumber yards these days, Kaufman has everything you need or can get it, best selection around. I run a handyman service and use them a lot and would recommend them to anyone

We recently did a small remodel and bought our carpet, windows and doors from Kaufman (at their by Design location). Don was excellent at walking us through the process of choosing windows and the perfect set of doors for the front and back of the house. Jacquie at the west little rock location helped us pick out the perfect carpet - we wanted something that looked updated but wasn't too trendy and would last. The customer service was great, the prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent.
